Greg Hearn Custom Cues

( View reviewed item )

I happen to have used the same Hearn Cue for 10+ years now, was the best investment I made. It is still straight and firm hitting as it was when I got it. Greg made it to my specifications, so it was a one of a kind. I have tried other cues, by other makers, but I still go back to my Hearn. The price was very reasonable compared to any other cue out there, of that type.

I am in the process of trying to contact Greg for another another one, with a more elaborate finish. The first was made to be pretty but not showy, so I could go to any bar/pub and not worry who was going to steal it.

I have seen many examples of Greg Hearns work, and I can vouch for the workmanship. He can build from the exotic to the plain, and is worth all the effort and wait.

My Comment: If you''re still looking for Greg Hearn, I have his number. I was playing pool in my local pub (Wolfman''s in Calgary) and he showed up with a former master, Bing. What a thrill to meet him. He even took my buddies cue and told him that the farrow was broken. He fixed it tonight and gave it back all ready to use. Greg''s number is (403) 697 4483, fax (403) 234 0172
