Prather Cues

( View reviewed item )

I have bought a prather cue with a 3/8 11 brass southwest joint .The cue has got to be the best cue i have ever played with I would give them 5 stars out of 5. I just got a chris nitti the other day and the prather blows them away in controlling the cue ball. I know a lot about pool cues I buy about 35 cues a year my 2 favorite cues would have to be PAUL DAYTON and PRATHER I find that I like there tapers on the shafts and seem to have very good controll of the cue ball as for my new nitti cue I find that his shafts can spin the cue ball more than a predator shaft kind of scary for my stroke but very good shaft if ya like inside inglish a lot both a great cues but the nitti is a little pricey.I would say go with a prather the cues play awsome and the price is not to bad either.

My Score: 10 out of 10 (10/10)
My Comment: I have a Prather 201G and I LOVE it. i have slightly under $500 into this cue ( extended to 61") and their is nothing on the market that i have came across that could compete. looks cannot be excluded and this thing is awesome. the picture on their website does not due it justice at all. i have been questioned about this cue at every pool hall i have taken it to in the 3+ years i have had it and that is no lie.
