One On One Cue Sticks( View reviewed item ) One On One is fantastic! Bill is knowledgeable, he's very interested in helping his customers, and he enjoys his work. I had purchased a second shaft for my Viking cue to alleviate some problems associated with wear (dings, minor warping, petrified tip) and for backup in case of mishap. Bill straightened, re-tipped, un-dinged, and cleaned the old shaft - and now it's in better shape than the new one! He also fixed the joint, so now the cue is dead straight with either shaft.
I play with several of Bill's customers, and I've shot some of Bill's custom cues.. they all feel and hit beautifully and are designed exactly to the owner's specifications - and the woodwork is stunning! It's a pleasure to talk shop with Bill and I look forward to working with him to create my first custom cue.
