Bottom EnglishI bought some Dead Stroke t-shirts from Bottomenglish.com a while back. The company by mistake, sent me the incorrect t-shirt size on one of the three shirts I ordered. When I contacted Mike at Bottom English he was very nice, apologized, sent me the correct size shirt. But even more cool was he allowed me to keep the incorrect shirt. He said, "Give it to a friend and say something nice about my company".
Needless to say, when I wanted to by a jump/break cue for Christmas I contacted Mike. He didn't carry the cue I was interested in. That could have ended it, but he ordered the cue I wanted, matched the best price I saw on the internet for that cue, and listed it on his webpage at that price so I could place the order online. Especially for me and that one sale.
Amazing customer service in this day and age. He asked that I say something nice about his company. It hasn't been hard to do. I tell everyone about his kindness and generosity. Please check out his business, you will not be sorry!
