EASY POOL TUTOR BUSINESS LISTING SUBMISSION FORM

If you are interested in submitting a free listing of your business, please provide the following information to us.


Business and Contact Information

Contact information is very important – if you do not provide a way for people to contact you then your listing will not be posted as it will be pretty much useless.

  1. Business Name
  2. Address or Location – please provide a complete Address (i.e. Street, City, State, Zip, Country) or a city & country at the very least – submission will not be posted if this information is not provided)
  3. Contact Person or Department
  4. Email Address
  5. Website URL
  6. Phone Number(s), Fax Number(s)

Note: Email address or Phone Number must be provided. If you do not provide one of these, your submission will not be posted.

  1. Business Description
  2. Type of Business (i.e. Cue Maker, Billiard Store, Pool Instructor, etc). Only billiards related listings will be considered. All others will be rejected.

Images and Logo

We will allow an image of your business logo and up to 10 (ten) images of your business or product. Specify the URL of the images that you would like to be included in your listing. We reserved the right to crop images that are too large.

Important! You must provide the URL for each image you want to include in your listing. Do not give me a folder with multiple images. To save me time, please identify each URL separately.
