This is the official conditions and terms of use which you must abide by while participating on Easypooltutor.com. The basic rules for participation on the Easypooltutor.com website are simple: be polite, use common sense and don't break the rules.

 

We will enforce the policies outlined here. We reserve the right to remove, modify or move posts at our discretion and without explanation. If you have any questions, please e-mail or PM the moderators if you do not understand any of the rules, guidelines or policies outlined below.

In addition to the rules posted here, members are required to read any individual forum rules which may be posted at the top of specific forums as sticky threads or important announcements. Easypooltutor.com moderators assume members have read the rules, and will not take ignorance of any rules as an excuse for not following any rules, policies, and guidelines outlined here, and in the forum specific rules. Suspension of your account is a definite consequence of not adhering to these rules.

FORUMS AND DISCUSSIONS

General Forum Rules

These rules apply to all Forum categories.

  1. You are not allowed to post the same message on multiple forums. This is considered spamming and will not be tolerated. The message board has been divided into several specific categories that you can choose from. The administrator and/or the moderators has the right to move a topic to the appropriate forum category as they sees fit.
  2. Each forum is specifically tailored to address certain topics. Therefore, you are responsible for initiating new threads in the correct forum. You should stay on-topic at all times. The administrator and/or moderators may move your post to the appropriate category as necessary.
  3. Foul and abusive language is not permitted. Although some words will be filtered and censored, it is recommended that you participate in a civilized and polite manner.
  4. All posts containing "non-english" languages must contain a corresponding "english" translation. This rule applies to ALL forums except for language specific forums (eg. EPT Tour (Philippines), EPT Tour (Singapore), EPT Players (Philippines) PRIVATE Forum, etc.). Any posts containing "non-english" language WITHOUT their respective translation WILL BE DELETED!
  5. Harrassing other users and participants will not be tolerated. Harassment means

    "to trouble or annoy continually; to make repeated attacks on someone without foundation or proof"

    Proper etiquette is required for participation on Easypooltutor.com Forum.

    Anyone found to be harassing users for any reason will be warned, then removed. This removal is permanent and will not be revoked for whatever reason. Only the administrator will make the final decision if a member should be permanently removed for harassment of other users.
  6. Along with harassment, trolling is prohibited and any user deemed to be trolling will be immediately warned, then banned if he/she continues to offend. The administrator will be the final arbiter as to if a user is trolling.

    In addition, members who continually participate in verbal battles regardless of the who started it will be warned and then removed. It is simply best to "walk" away and never fall prey to trolls.
  7. Participants may not post on behalf of any banned member. This includes all forums and private messages.
  8. Participants may not post words or URLs that are censored by adding spaces, dots, or substituting characters; or by any other means in an attempt to defeat any censors put in place by Easypooltutor.com.
  9. Participants may not use discussions to recommend, praise, or belittle other products or services, or any company; without first hand experience of those products or services. This includes companies recommending other companies. Any post not meeting a moderator's criteria will be removed without notice.
  10. Any posts that encourage illegal intent will be removed and the account disabled.

Forum Specific Rules These rules apply to all forums except the Advertising Forum.

  1. Commercial and personal advertising IS NOT allowed in the Forums, Chat Room, and the articles section of the website. We have provided an Advertising Forum for that purpose.

  3. Participants may not publish or discuss any information regarding their product or services, or future (possible) products or services, or any product or services they are (currently) associated with. This includes, but not limited to suggesting your own services, or services of partners, clients, employers or friends.
  4. Participants may only discuss details about their company and/or product offerings when the thread starter or poster has made direct reference to their company and stated something untrue or misleading, or something which clearly needs clarifying. The response must be in direct reference to the point discussed only and contain no added promotional information. It is advisable when in the above scenario to contact the moderators first.
  5. You may not solicit the membership for feedback or suggestions on their product or services. There are available databases where applicable businesses may list their business free of charge.

Advertising and the Advertising Forum

  1. You may use a "signature" to include a URL of your commercial site with a brief description of your product and services. We reserve the right to ask you to change and/or remove your signature at any time, for any reason.
  2. Advertising is limited to one ad per 7 days posted in the Advertising Forums regarding your companies, sub-companies or associated companies. It will remain any companies' responsibility to schedule and maintain the offers their employees post in conforming with this rule.
  3. Members who advertise are expected and required to read, and follow, the rules outlined within a category that are posted as Announcements.
  4. Members may not intentionally "trash" or "troll" in another user's advertisement thread.
  5. The 'Advertising Forums' are not a place for you to criticize or pass comment on another user's advertisement. Comments such as "You could get a better deal at.....", or "Your price is way too high for that...", or "That design stinks....", etc. will be removed and your account will be suspended.
  6. Any attempts to defraud or deceive our members with bogus advertisement or products may result in your account being suspended.

Moderators will use their discretion, depending on the nature of the post, as to whether to take action or not.

Content Filtering

The Administrator and/or moderators reserves the right to edit, delete, or prune any and all Messages which, in our opinion, violates any of the rules as stated above.

The Administrator and/or moderators may elect, at its sole discretion, to monitor some, all, or no areas of the message board for adherence to these rules and guidelines.

TERMS OF USE

Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through Easypooltutor.com, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You agree that Easypooltutor.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Easypooltutor.com is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release Easypooltutor.com, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our service. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.

You agree that use of Easypooltutor.com and its services is entirely at your own risk. Easypooltutor.com and its services are provided on an "AS IS" or "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind. All express and implied warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of mechantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easypooltutor.com disclaims any warrenties for other services or goods recieved through or advertised on the Easypooltutor.com site or the sites or service, or accessed through any links on the Easypooltutor.com site. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, some of the foregoing disclaimers may not apply to you insofar as they relate to implied warranties.

Under no circumstances shall Easypooltutor.com be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, resulting from any aspect of you use of the Easypooltutor.com site or the services, whether the damages arise from use or misuse of the Easypooltutor.com site or the services, from inability to use the Easypooltutor.com site or the services, or the interruption, suspension, modification, alteration, or termination of Easypooltutor.com site or the services. Such limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason or other services or products received through or advertised in connection with the Easypooltutor.com site or the services or any links on the Easypooltutor.com site, through or advertised in connection with the Easypooltutor.com site or the services or any links on the Easypooltutor.com site. These limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

INDEMNIFICATION BY USER

 

You agree to indemnify and hold Easypooltutor.com, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms, your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of any rights of another.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES, CONTENT AND PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Links or pointers to other websites and references to products and services offered by third parties are provided to you for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or approval by us of (i) the organizations that operate such websites; (ii) the content, privacy policies or other terms of use on such websites; or (iii) such third party products and services. As we have no control or responsibility over websites or content maintained by other organizations, or for products and services offered by third parties, we do not assume any liability for your use of any of the foregoing, which use you acknowledge and agree shall be at your own risk.

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

Easypooltutor.com regularly cleans our member database to keep our member community current and active. After your account has been activated, you have 14 days to login to Easypooltutor.com otherwise your member account will automatically be deleted by our system. After logging in for the first time, you only have to login at least once every 90 days to keep your member account in our database. Members who do not login to Easypooltutor.com for more than 90 days will automatically be deleted in our database.

TERMINATION

We take these rules VERY seriously! We do not tolerate ANY members who violate the rules. Any member who intentionally violates the rules will receive one warning, and will be permanently removed from the Forum after a second offense.

The Administrator reserves the right to terminate your use of Easypooltutor.com Forum at anytime, with or without notice. Following termination, at our sole option, the Forum Administrator or moderators may remove some or all of your Messages from the website or leave it available for public review, without need of notice or approval from you.

CONTACT

Any user who feels that a Message is objectionable may request the Forum Administrator to delete said Message by contacting us. Upon receipt of such a request, the Administrator will determine, in his sole opinion, if such deletion is necessary. If deemed necessary, the Administrator will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable period of time. 


Opinions, advice and all other information expressed by participants in discussions are those of the author. You rely on such information at your own risk. Participants are urged to seek professional advice for specific, individual situations and not rely solely on advice or opinions given in the discussions.
